The Banarasi weaving on Tussar silks comes out with a unique beauty to be admired in this category. Tussar georgette silks has a visible uneven texture, and a hand feel of the regal Banarasi gold zari weaving which gives an exquisite elegance to the whole yard. Classical handwoven Banarasi Meenakari art passed down through generations. Meenakari involves the painstaking addition of supplementary coloured resham threads during the hand weaving process.

Dry clean only. Never machine wash or wring. For minor stains, use a clean damp cloth gently.
Store in a muslin cloth or cotton bag. Never use plastic. Air out every 6 months.
Iron on reverse side at low temperature. Use a pressing cloth between iron and fabric.
Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods. The zari may tarnish if exposed to humidity.
The saree is absolutely breathtaking. The crimson colour is so deep and rich in person — photos don't do justice. The zari work is incredibly intricate. Wore it for my cousin's wedding and received so many compliments. Worth every rupee!

Genuinely gorgeous saree. The GI certification gives extra confidence. The only minor note is that the stitched blouse sizing runs slightly small — I'd suggest ordering one size up. But the saree itself is absolutely perfect.
